Ordering:

To order Barracuda, simply select and download the appropriate Order Form, fill in the details and then either fax or post it back to Coral Sea Software.  Please do not send sensitive credit card data via unsecured email.

If you are ordering from a country other than Australia please click here to load the 'International' order form into your web browser.  Please note that prices on the 'International' order form are in United States dollars.

If you are an Australian organization and you are ordering Barracuda from within Australia please click here for a copy of the 'Australian' order form (in pdf format).  Please note that prices on the 'Australian' order form are in Australian Dollars and include Goods & Services Tax (GST). 

Barracuda License Fees:

Barracuda is licensed on a "per concurrent users" basis, so you will need to specify how many licensed users (workstations requiring concurrent access) you would like to order.

Annual Maintenance:

Subscribing to the Barracuda pre-paid maintenance service gives access to all Barracuda product maintenance releases and upgrades together with unlimited support via email for twelve (12) months. 

Payment Method:

We can accept your order via fax if you are paying with Mastercard or Visa.

We can also accept your order via fax if you are paying by telegraphic transfer.

Australian Customers may also pay using Australia Post Money Order.

An Australian business organisation with an Australian Business Number (ABN) may also pay by cheque drawn on an Australian bank in Australian dollars.

NOTE: We will not accept any cheque drawn on a non-Australian bank.

Despatch:

We will usually despatch your order on the next business day after funds clear.  Licenses are normally despatched electronically via the Internet.  Barracuda software and documentation (in electronic format) is available for download from our website.
