Our current rates for unsolicited commercial email are:

• 1st unsolicited commercial email = $500
• 2nd unsolicited commercial email = $750
• 3rd and every subsequent unsolicited commercial email = $1,000

Payment must be made in full within seven (7) working days of the transmission of unsolicited commercial email.

Should you fail to compensate us as set forth herein we will understand that you have indicated your intention to make use of our corporate internet resources without permission and without compensation to us. You are advised that this may result in criminal prosecution. Unauthorised use of corporate computer resources including but not limited to internet resources is an offence.
